THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES CONSTITUTE AN ADDENDUM TO AND FORM AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE. BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED THROUGH THE WEBSITE AND/OR MOBILE APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE BOUND BY THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES, IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS OF USE. THE TERMS OF USE AND THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES SHALL BE READ TOGETHER AND CONSTRUED AS ONE AGREEMENT.

AS STATED IN THE WEBSITE’S TERMS OF USE, ALL OF YOUR ACTIVITY THROUGH THIS WEBSITE INCLUDING YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS - INCLUDING MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT IN THE TERMS OF USE (UNDER SECTION 11) WHICH REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE ANY CLAIMS AGAINST AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION, UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME.

These Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”) set out SSPS LLC’s rules regarding the collection, use, and redemption of Sweeps Coins. These Rules are to be read in conjunction with Sportzino’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Players Safety Policy, Prediction Rules, Participant Eligibility Requirements, and any other documents which form part of our documentation (the “Documentation”).

These Sweepstakes Rules are incorporated as part of the Website’s Terms and Conditions and are not meant as a replacement or a new agreement. Defined terms in the Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning in these Rules unless explicitly redefined within these Rules. We offer this Website and Mobile Application for Users to play various Games for entertainment purposes. Games may be played using our Virtual Coins currency that comprises of  Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.

1. Definitions

1. The following definitions apply to these Rules:

1. “Account” means your user account with us, which you sign up for at https://www.sportzino.com, located in Permitted Jurisdiction and you have accepted these Rules.
2. “Eligible Participant” means a person who has met the requirements in our Participant Eligibility Requirements document; located in Sweepstakes Permitted Jurisdiction; and has accepted these Rules;
3. “Game(s)” means any game that we offer through our Website and Mobile Application.
4. “Gold Coin” means the Virtual Coins currency used to play Games that cannot be redeemed for Rewards;
5. “Sweeps Coin” means the promotional Virtual Coins currency which may, under certain circumstances, be redeemed for Rewards;
6. “Mobile Application” means “Sportzino” mobile application downloaded on mobile or a tablet or any other device through mediums such as an Apple store or Google store and includes our Content and Service;
7. “Participant” means a User who obtains Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins, participates in games using Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins, and/or redeems Sweeps Coins;
8. “Sweepstakes Permitted Territory” means any jurisdiction where we provide Service, to play Games using Sweeps Coins or redeeming Sweeps Coins through Website or Mobile Application. The Sweepstakes Permitted Territory includes the United States (other than the states of Idaho, Georgia, New York, Michigan and Washington). We reserve the right to change our Sweepstakes Permitted Territories at any time in our sole discretion.
9. “Playthrough Requirement(s)” means the multiplier connected to specific Sweeps Coins that must be played through by a Participant before the Sweeps Coins may be redeemed as Rewards. For example, if a Participant receives 100 Sweeps Coins and those Sweeps Coins have a Playthrough Requirement multiplier of 2x, a Participant must play games to an aggregate of 200 Sweeps Coins prior to those Sweeps Coins being eligible for redemption as a Reward;
10. “Promotion” means any of our promotions which allows Participants to obtain Sweeps Coins, participate in games using Gold Coins, and/or redeem Sweeps Coins;
11. “Reward(s)” means Sweeps Coins which are eligible to be redeemed by a Participant;
12. “Restricted Jurisdiction” mean the State of Florida where the maximum win for a single Sweeps Coins play within a game is restricted to less than 5,000 Sweeps Coins.
13. “Service” means any of the services available through our Website or Mobile Applications;
14. “User” means a person who uses the Service;
15. “Website” means our website at https://www.sportzino.com.

2. Eligibility

1. Promotions are only open to Eligible Participants.
2. These Promotions are subject to applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to determine whether these Promotions are legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction where the Participant uses the Service.
3. Participation requires the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rules, the Documentation, and any decisions made by us or any of our agents in our sole discretion. Such decisions shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Promotions.
4. In order to win a Reward, all requirements set out in these Rules and the Documentation must be fulfilled.
5. Our employees, any of our affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of these Promotions and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to participate in the Promotions unless it is for testing, development or support purposes. Former employees with the company cannot participate in the Promotions until three (3) years from the date that their employment ended. Any Rewards won during the testing and development of the Promotions are ineligible for Reward redemption.

3. Participation

1. In order to participate in a Promotion, Participants must have an active Account with us.
2. Participants may not purchase Sweeps Coins and can only collect Sweeps Coins in the following way(s):

1.  As a free bonus when purchasing Gold Coins. Gold Coins are not eligible for Reward redemption. The amount of free Sweeps Coins a Participant will receive when purchasing eligible Gold Coins will be clearly indicated on the screen of the device being used to play. Not all Gold Coin packages include a bonus of Sweeps Coins. It is your responsibility to review the terms of all Gold Coin packages. All purchases of Gold Coins are final.
2.  As a daily bonus when logging into your Account if your Account has a Sweeps Coins balance lower than a certain threshold as determined by us.
3.  Occasionally, as a mystery bonus upon logging into your Account.
4.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to obtain Sweeps Coins (available only in Sweepstakes Permitted Territories). You may receive 5 Sweeps Coins for free by sending a handwritten request by mail on a piece of paper containing the following statement: “I am requesting free Sweeps Coins to participate in the Promotion. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Sportzino Terms and Conditions and Rules” and by satisfying the following requirements:

1.  Write your return mailing address on the front of the envelope along with the words: “Sweeps Coins”.
2. Write the following information on one side only of the paper placed in the envelope:

Your full name as displayed on your government issued identification.

The e-mail address registered on your Account.

Your return address registered on your Account.

Your user id registered on your Account.

3. Handwriting must be legible. Any confusion in handwriting will lead to the request being considered void.
4. The request must be mailed from the same state as the return address registered to your Account.
5. The envelope shall be addressed:

6. Requests are limited to one per envelope.
7. The handwritten request must not be made by any electronic method, including by autopen. If we, acting in our sole discretion, suspect that the handwritten request was not written by you, will reserve the right to not provide you with the free claimable reward available under this section.
8. We may use a third-party service to evaluate whether the handwritten letters comply with the requirements under this section.
9. In order to comply with our policies and certain legal requirements, you are required to complete certain KYC processes prior to being eligible for redemption of the free claimable reward.

5.  As a reward for signing up to use the Services.
6. As a one time reward only for connecting your Facebook and/or Google account to the Website or Mobile Application either at the time of account creation or linking the existing account at a later time.
7. As a reward for verifying your phone number.
8.  By inviting others via personal link and having that friend accept the invitation to play and deposit funds. There is a limit to the amount of invites one can extend over any twenty four (24) hour period. The amount of free Sweeps Coins received by a Participant is dependent on the action taken by the person to whom the invitation is extended.

4. Games

1. Eligible Participants may use Sweeps Coins to play Games.
2. Playing Games gives Eligible Participants the chance to win additional Sweeps Coins.
3. Each Game will set out the potential Rewards eligible to be won.
4. Each 100 Sweeps Coins won through eligible gameplay can be redeemed at a Reward value of $100 USD.
5. We reserve the right to place Playthrough Requirements on any number of Sweeps Coins provided by us to Eligible Participants, including, but not limited to, Sweeps Coins provided in the following circumstances:

1. Registration to our Website or Mobile Application (“Registration Bonus”);
2. Connecting a Facebook account to our Website or Mobile Application (“Facebook Connect Bonus”);
3. Daily entitlement (“Daily Bonus”);
4. Telephone verification (“Phone Verification Bonus”)
5. Referring new Users to our Website or Mobile Application (for the referred User) (“Friend Referral Bonus”);
6. Marketing and/or promotional purposes (“Marketing Bonus”);
7. For any or no reason (“Mystery Bonus”).

6. The Playthrough Requirements may vary and can be imposed and modified at our sole discretion per Game, Promotion, and/or region to region.
7. Plays on all Games except for “WAR” will count towards meeting the Playthrough Requirement if a Playthrough Requirement has been imposed by us on certain Sweeps Coins.
8. Users may not claim or receive any Sweeps Coins or Rewards for which you are ineligible. We reserve the right to retrospectively void any Sweeps Coins or Rewards for any or no reason.
9. Before any Rewards are processed, we will review your play for any irregular playing patterns. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, which activities constitute “irregular play” from time-to-time and to withhold any withdrawals where irregular play has occurred to meet Playthrough Requirements.
10. In the event we believe you have abused or have attempted to abuse Sportzino, we may, at our sole discretion, deny, withhold, or withdraw from you any game or Sweeps Coins balance, or rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, or terminate your access to our Website and Mobile Application and/or block your Account. In such circumstances, we shall be under no obligation to refund to you any Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins or funds that may be in your Account.
11. At any point, you may decide to forfeit all, or a portion of, your Sweeps Coins. Forfeiture of the Sweeps Coins may result in the loss of any remaining Sweeps Coins and any Reward(s). Forfeitures are non-reversible, and no exceptions will be made.  
12. All decisions made by us as to the administration and operation of the Promotions, Games, and winnings are final and binding.
13. Unless otherwise required by us, any Sweeps Coins collected by youmust be played one time for those Sweeps Coins to become eligible for redemption for Rewards. We may, in our sole discretion, require that any Sweeps Coins be subject to a Playthrough Requirement before becoming eligible for redemption towards Rewards.
14. We reserve the right to alter the Reward win rates and odds of any of the Games at any time. You can view the actual and any amended details by clicking on the pay table button in each game. It is your sole responsibility to check the Reward win rate each time before you participate.
15. Except for the Restricted Jurisdictions and Excluded Territories, the maximum total win shall be less than SC 40,000 within a period of 48 hours. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take any action related to any win(s)  including voiding the amount of the win.
16. For sports prediction, except for the Restricted Jurisdictions and Excluded Territories, the maximum total win is SC 20,000 per prediction.

5. Rewards

1. Your Sweeps Coins balance is displayed in your Account.
2. Rewards being redeemed shall be in the same denomination  used to purchase Gold Coins.
3. You may redeem a minimum of 50 Sweeps Coins per redeem request.
4. You shall be verified as an Eligible Participant and your personal details shall match the details in your Account in order to be eligible to redeem Rewards. At any time, we reserve the right to ask you for verification documents including, but not limited to (i) identification information; (ii) credit information; (iii) banking information; or (iv) other verification information that we may reasonably require or that are required of us under applicable laws or by relevant regulatory authorities; in order to (i) verify your identity; (ii) verify the legal and beneficial ownership of the payment method(s) you use to make any deposits, purchases or withdrawals of Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins or cash; and/or (iii) prevent financial crime. For greater certainty, we may request the aforementioned information at times including, but not limited to, upon registration and/or before processing financial transactions.
5. We process requests to redeem Rewards in the order in which they are received. Our goal is to process your request as soon as practicable.
6. We may elect, in our sole discretion, to only process one Reward redemption request per Account during any 24 hour period.
7. When you choose to redeem a Reward to your bank account, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your financial institution will accept payment from us into your bank account. We have no obligation to check whether your financial institution will accept payments from us to your chosen bank account. We will not be responsible or liable to you in any way if your chosen financial institution does not accept payment from us. You must ensure that your bank account information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. We are not responsible for any inaccurate information you provide to us.
8. You acknowledge that there may be delays in processing  of Rewards due to our identity verification process and certain payment methods may require additional verification at the time of redemption.
9. We may carry out additional verification procedures in accordance with our internal anti-fraud policies, including without limitation, for any cumulative or single redemption of Rewards exceeding 2,000 Sweeps Coins in your Account (or any amount that is equivalent or greater than 2,000 Sweeps Coins in your Account from time to time)
10. Examples of verification documents that we may require include, but are not limited to:

1. Proof of income;
2. Copy of photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s licence;
3. Documents showing proof of residence, such as a utility statement;
4. Proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds such as a payslip or bank statement.

11. Until all requested verification documents are provided by the User to our satisfaction:

1.  Any request a User has made for redemption of Rewards will remain pending and/or may be refused; and
2.  We are entitled to restrict your Account in any manner that we may reasonably deem appropriate, including by suspending or closing your Account. Failure to send in any requested documentation in the form we require within 30 days from the date the document was first requested by us may result in (i) refusal to provide redemption of a Reward (ii) the closure or suspension of your Account or (iii) any other action we deem necessary. Additionally, if you have not completed all documentation required to redeem a Reward, and if we are not able to contact you in a reasonable time using the contact method provided by you, you may forfeit the Reward.

12. If you are not from a Sweepstakes Permitted Territory and have won and/or accumulated Sweeps Coins, you will not be eligible for redemption of Sweeps Coins.
13. In Florida, the maximum redemption value of a Sportzino Reward won on any single spin or single play is 4,900 Sweeps Coins. Any redemption of a Reward valued in excess of 4,900.00 Sweeps Coins will not be allocated or paid.
14. The maximum daily limit of Sweeps Coins that you can request to redeem is less than equal to 9,550 Sweeps Coins.
15. We are not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the redemption of a Reward. You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with redemption and acceptance of any Reward.
16. We are not responsible for any foreign exchange transaction fees, charges or costs that may be incurred as a result of, or related to, any Reward redemption.
17. Sweeps Coins are non-transferable. You may not offer Sweeps Coins to any third party or obtain Sweeps Coins from any party other than the Company. No substitution will be made except as provided in these Rules at our sole discretion.
18. Sweeps Coins may be forfeited if an Account is closed for any reason, or at our sole and absolute discretion.  
19. In case you request for Account closure, It is your responsibility to withdraw any Account balance remaining within seven days of requesting an Account closure. After seven days, your Account will be closed and any balance remaining in your Account will be forfeited.

Buy Feature

20. All references to the word “BUY” shall be for entertainment purposes only. The “BUY” feature does not require you to buy Gold Coins, Fortune Coins, or any other in-game virtual currency.
21. If you win on a spin, you can use your winnings to play a bonus game.
22. If you lose on a spin, you can select “BUY” and play a bonus game immediately at a specific cost, which will be withdrawn from your existing Account balance.

6. Verification and Confirmation

1. All Rewards are subject to verification by us. Any decision made by us regarding matters related to the Promotions is final and binding. We reserve the right to verify each win, and unless we are satisfied that you have fully complied with the Terms and Conditions, Sweepstakes Rules, and any other applicable documentation, no Reward can be redeemed. . We may void a Reward which we have determined, in our sole discretion, was caused by a software or other technical malfunction, or fraud. Our verification process may take up to one (1) month after receiving all requested documents and passing our KYC and legal review. In no circumstances will we be liable for any delays related to a Reward payout.
2. Winning any Reward is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements and being in full compliance with these Rules.
3. In order to claim your Reward we may require you to sign and return an affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited).
4. If we are unable to contact you, you fail to sign and return any affidavit/declaration of eligibility or liability/publicity release within the prescribed time, fails to comply with any of these Rules, or if the Reward itself or notification of said Reward is returned undeliverable, will forfeit said Reward.

7. Entry Conditions, Release, Indemnification

1. By participating in the Promotions, each Eligible Participant agrees to:

1. Comply with and be bound by:

1. The Documentation;
2. The Rules;
3. All decisions made by us, which are binding and final;
4. All applicable laws and regulations.

2. We may close your Account at any time at      our sole discretion. In such cases, we are not obligated to redeem any Sweeps Coins. In our sole discretion, we may limit or prevent you from redeeming Sweeps Coins.
3. You must release us and our parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, Reward suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting these Promotions and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representative (collectively, the “Released and Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to your use of the Service and any Participant obtaining Sweeps Coins, playing Games with Sweeps Coins, winning Sweeps Coins, or redeeming Sweeps Coins; and
4. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released and Indemnified Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney/legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services and any Participant obtaining Sweeps Coins, playing Games with Sweeps Coins, winning Sweeps Coins, or redeeming Sweeps Coins.

8. Publicity; Privacy

1. Except where prohibited, participation in these Promotions constitutes your consent to us and any of our agents to use your full name, likeness, photo, voice, opinion(s) and/or hometown and state/province/territory for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration.
2. Any Participant’s personal information collected by us is governed by our Privacy Policy which is available at https://www.sportzino.com/privacy-policy.

9. General Conditions

1. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify all or any part of the Promotions or these Rules, with immediate effect, owing to circumstances outside of our reasonable control and where circumstances make it unavoidable if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the proper functioning of the Promotions, as determined by us or our agents in our sole discretion.
2. Sweeps Coins are only valid for 60 days from the date you last logged in to your Account and will thereafter automatically be forfeited. Prior to your Sweeps Coins being forfeited, you will be notified to your registered email.
3. We reserve the right to ban any person we deem to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotions or to be in violation of these Rules.
4. Deliberately undermining the legitimate operation of these Rules may be a violation of criminal and/or civil law. Should such an attempt be made, we reserve the right to fully seek adequate damages from any such person that the law permits.
5. Failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such terms.
6. In the event that the Promotions are modified, your continued enrollment and/or participation in the Promotions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
7. If in our reasonable opinion, we form the view that you are abusing any Promotion, jackpot, Game or Content to derive any advantage or gain for yourself or other Eligible Participants, including by way of fraudulent activity, we may (i) suspend or close your Account indefinitely or (ii) withhold all or part of the Gold Coins and/or Sweeps Coins balance or recover from your Account or your bank account any Rewards, jackpots, Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins.
8. You declare that the source of funds used by you for playing on the Website is not illegal and that you will not use the Website in any way as a money transfer system. You will not use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to you.
9. In the case of a suspected fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any chargeback or other reversal of a payment or dispute or fraud relating to ACH/e-checks), we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to block your Account, reverse any payouts made to you, recover any funds paid to your Account or bank account by us, and recover any losses incurred by us as a result of any fraudulent activity by you. We may inform any relevant authorities or entities of any payment fraud or otherwise unlawful activity and may employ collection services to recover payments.
10. If you submit a request to delete your Account, no new redemption requests shall be accepted after the deletion request has been made. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any desired redemption requests are submitted prior to initiating an Account deletion. Redemption requests submitted before the deletion request will still be processed in accordance with our standard procedures. Upon deletion of your Account, any remaining Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins will be permanently forfeited and will not be recoverable. If your Account is closed, whether at your request or otherwise, we may retain your information based on the following purposes:

(a) applicable legal, accounting, reporting, or regulatory obligations;
(b) the time needed to achieve the business or commercial purposes for which the information was collected;
(c) Company’s operational needs; and
(d) any anticipated or actual investigation, dispute, or litigation.

10. Limitations of Liability

1. As permitted by the law in the respective territories, the Released and Indemnified Parties are not responsible for the following:

1. Any incorrect information, whether caused by a Eligible Participant, printing error or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotions;
2. Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, service interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software;
3. Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotions;
4. Technical or human error which may occur in the administration or operation of the Promotions; or
5. Any injury or damage to person or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Promotions or receipt or use or misuse of any Reward.

2. If your Sweeps Coins are deemed by us to have been mistakenly deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, your sole remedy is replacement of said Sweeps Coins by an equal amount of Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins, at Sportzino’s sole discretion.

11. Disputes

1. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in these Promotions, all Participants agree that the process for dispute resolution shall be set out in the Sportzino’s Terms and Conditions.
2. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or your right and obligations of in connection with the Promotions, are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
