NFL Odds Week 4

NFL Odds Week 4

There are some fantastic NFL week 4 matchups scheduled this week, and the NFL game odds for week 4 have been released. This is expected to be a very close week of games, as all but two spreads are coming in at 7 points or less. However, even the heavy favorites cannot be trusted when making your NFL week 4 picks. Favorites of 5.5 or more points have gone just 2-14 against the spread in 2024 and only 6-10 on the moneyline. This early season parody in the NFL is reflected on the NFL odds week 4, as the oddsmakers are far less likely to put long moneylines for the underdogs in the NFL week 4 matchups.

Sportzino has NFL game odds week 4 available for all 16 NFL matchups, including spreads, totals, moneylines, and player props. It is the best place to visit to make your free NFL predictions, as they have competitive NFL odds in week 4.

Best NFL Week 4 Matchups

Buffalo Bills at Baltimore Ravens

Sunday, September 29th, 8:20 PM EST

  • Moneyline: Bills +110, Ravens -140
  • Spread: Baltimore Ravens (-3)
  • Total: 46 Points

The NFL has given their fans a real treat on Sunday night, as two of the AFC favorites square off in Baltimore. The NFL game odds week 4 have this as a very close matchup, with the Ravens coming in as slight two point favorites. This game will go a long way in determining the AFC playoff seeding at the end of the 2024 season, and both teams will be desperate to build on their respective week 3 victories.

The Buffalo Bills were expected to take a step back this season, but they are looking as good as they have been in the Josh Allen era. Their defense lost some key players in the offseason, but the Bills “next man up” has been able to fill in the gaps. While there are plenty of minute details about this team that have led to their success, the overwhelming amount of credit has to go to quarterback Josh Allen. Allen has put this team on his back, throwing for 7 touchdowns and running in for two more, all while throwing no interceptions. Since going down 17-3 early in week 1, the Bills have outscored their opposition 109-31 en route to a red-hot 3-0 start.

The Ravens have been a completely different team. They lost a close one to the Kansas City Chiefs in the season opener, then got upset by the Raiders in week 2. There have been 107 teams that have started 0-2 since 2007, and only 12 of them have qualified for the postseason. Not only had the Ravens started 0-2, but they also were facing a tough task in week 3 on the road against the Cowboys. The Ravens passed with flying colors, jumping out to a huge lead before a late onside kick for Dallas, eventually cutting the final score to 28-25. The Ravens have been an elite defensive team for the last decade, and they now have a well-rounded offense that can carry them even further.

This highly anticipated week 4 NFL matchup between the Bills and Ravens will be the most viewed game of the week, and it will be the Baltimore Ravens that win and cover the spread. Buffalo has relied on Josh Allen’s heroics to cover up some major holes in their roster, which will eventually come to an end against a quality team like the Ravens. Baltimore is still looking to claw their way back to a .500 record and will be playing with a little extra desperation compared to the Bills.

Pick: Baltimore Ravens (-2) -110

Seattle Seahawks at Detroit Lions

Monday, September 30th, 8:15 PM EST

  • Moneyline: Seahawks +155, Lions -200
  • Spread: Detroit Lions (-4)
  • Total: 47 Points

The Seahawks have gotten off to a 3-0 start, but they will be the second undefeated team we are fading this week. The Lions have stepped up when it matters most, consistently dominating home prime-time affairs. Their high-chance offensive scheme is a true ‘boom or bust’ strategy, and it usually pays off when the lights shine brightest. Jared Goff has reinvigorated his career in Detroit by not forcing the ball down the field, and by getting the ball into the hands of his playmakers. The Lions defense can be susceptible at times, but at home, they have been consistent.

The Seahawks may be 0-3, but their trio of wins couldn’t be less impressive. Seattle has beaten the Patriots, Broncos, and the Dolphins without quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. Detroit will be the first playoff caliber team they’ve faced this season, and they cannot come into this one overconfident. Detroit is the better team on both sides of the ball, and they have the benefit of playing at home. The three point spread on the NFL odds week 4 is not enough to consider taking the Seahawks.

Pick: Detroit Lions (-4) -110
