NFL Week 13 Predictions and Picks

Game 1: 49ers at Browns

  • Spread: 49ers -6 (-105)
  • Moneyline: 49ers -280/Browns +230
  • Over/Under: 40.5 (-115)
  • Time: Sunday, November 30 at 1:00 p.m. ET

A middling performance from the much-discussed Shedeur Sanders was enough for the Cleveland Browns to get past the lifeless Las Vegas Raiders in Week 12, with a dominant Myles Garrett game powering the effort. In Sanders’ second career start, against the San Francisco 49ers, reality awaits.

And, the reality is that the 49ers are a legitimately good NFL team, while the Browns are downright awful. The Niners are getting healthier and have travelled well in 2025. With quality coaching on both sides of the ball, this isn’t a spot where San Francisco will let one slip in a ruthlessly competitive NFC.

Pick: 49ers moneyline (-280)

Game 2: Jaguars at Titans

  • Spread: Jaguars -6.5 (-110)
  • Moneyline: Jaguars -380/Titans +290
  • Over/Under: 41.5 (-120)
  • Time: Sunday, November 30 at 1:00 p.m. ET

Divisional games can be funky, especially in the AFC South, where seemingly teams play down to their opponent’s level on the regular. But, these two teams require a slight exception.

On the one hand, the Jacksonville Jaguars have proven to be an opportunistic defense that punishes mistakes and gets enough from their offense to win games. On the other hand, the Tennessee Titans and rookie Cam Ward are chaotic, sloppy, and entirely unreliable.

Even if the Jags play down to the Titans’ level—hardly out of the question—the mistake-riddled play of Ward will give them enough chances to stretch out a multi-score lead.

Pick: Jaguars -6.5 (-110)

Game 3: Texans at Colts

  • Spread: Colts -3.5 (-105)
  • Moneyline: Texans +160/Colts -190
  • Over/Under: 44.5 (-120)
  • Time: Sunday, November 30 at 1:00 p.m. ET

Meanwhile, on the competent end of the AFC South, the surging Houston Texans will give the Indianapolis Colts another stern test after the Colts fell in overtime to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 12.

Despite the stress the Chiefs’ defense put upon a wildly efficient Colts offense, expect Daniel Jones and company to rebound with a quality showing—even against the relentless Texans pass rush. Between a hyper-effective play-action game and the brilliance of Jonathan Taylor, Indy can effectively slow Houston’s edges.

On the Texans’ side, whether it’s CJ Stroud or Davis Mills, they seem to have rediscovered an offensive formula that works, with Nico Collins getting back involved after a slow start. On a low total, expect divisional rivals to drag one another into a quality, back-and-forth affair, with the live sports odds swinging on every momentum shift.

Pick: Over 44.5 (-120)

NFL Player Prop Predictions: Saints at Dolphins

  • Spread: Dolphins -6 (-105)
  • Moneyline: Saints +240/Dolphins -290
  • Over/Under: 41.5 (-120)
  • Time: Sunday, November 30 at 1:00 p.m. ET

The resurgent Miami Dolphins will come off their bye week and try to continue to carry momentum in the season’s second half against one of the league’s basement dwellers in the New Orleans Saints, making this a popular spot for prime-time NFL predictions.

Part of Miami’s revival has been a simplified offense in the wake of Tyreek Hill’s injury. Since the malcontent speedster went down, the Dolphins have largely funnelled their offense through De’Von Achane and Jaylen Waddle. It has allowed the ‘Phins to get back to Mike McDaniel’s central idea of speed in space, and it has worked wonders.

Against a New Orleans Saints defense woefully short on sideline-to-sideline speed, expect Waddle to again be the central figure in Miami’s passing game.

Pick: Jaylen Waddle Over 72.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

NFL Score Predictions: Falcons at Jets

  • Spread: Falcons -2.5 (-115)
  • Moneyline: Falcons -145/Jets +125
  • Over/Under: 39.5 (-120)
  • Time: Sunday, November 30 at 1:00 p.m. ET

With Tyrod Taylor installed as the starting quarterback over Justin Fields, the New York Jets made basically the one change they feasibly could make to try and change their fortunes. It did not work. The Jets’ offense remained entirely lifeless in Week 12, mustering just 10 points against a horrible Ravens defense.

Now, they take on a much tougher test, facing an Atlanta Falcons defense that has routinely shut down offenses in 2025. Atlanta’s season and starting quarterback is lost, but the defense has continued to play at a high level under head coach Raheem Morris. With a salivating opponent in the Jets ahead, don’t count on the Falcons to let that level of play slip on defense.

Pick: Jets Under 2.5 Total Touchdowns (-120)

NFL Moneyline Predictions: Cardinals at Buccaneers

  • Spread: Buccaneers -2.5 (-125)
  • Moneyline: Cardinals +120/Buccaneers -140
  • Over/Under: 45.5 (-120)
  • Time: Sunday, November 30 at 1:00 p.m. ET

Despite hanging around at home against the Jags on Sunday, the Arizona Cardinals are woefully uncompetitive against decent competition. And whether it’s veteran Teddy Bridgewater in place of Baker Mayfield, or Mayfield with an injured left shoulder, the Bucs are decent competition—at a minimum.

Arizona, travelling across the country to Tampa Bay, is headed into a tough contest that will prove to be too much. It has been frisky at times with Jacoby Brissett under center, but against a Bucs team that has lost three straight, it’s time for the Cardinals to head back to reality. That reality is: the Bucs will cruise by them with ease.

Pick: Buccaneers moneyline (-140)

NFL Against the Spread Predictions: Rams at Panthers

  • Spread: Rams -10 (-110)
  • Moneyline: Rams -800/Panthers +500
  • Over/Under: 46.5 (-120)
  • Time: Sunday, November 30 at 4:05 p.m. ET

It’s back-to-back weeks for the Carolina Panthers against the NFC West, and the league’s toughest test awaits this time around as the conference-leading L.A. Rams visit Carolina.

The Rams have emerged as the league’s best team and have largely dismantled every opponent in front of them. They are getting plenty of respect with the line here at every major sportsbook, but it’s not enough to dissuade getting behind Matthew Stafford’s budding MVP campaign.

Pick: Rams -10 (-110)
